Burn-in is a test in which the PC is tested for an extended period of time to detect problems. Burn-in is the process of increasing the quality of a product as it allows substandard components to fail. All the components are tested under heavy load to ensure reliability. If any of the components are defective, the problem will usually show up within this initial testing time frame, if a component fails these tests, it is replaced by a new part which then undergoes the same tests. We ship the PC only when these extensive stress tests are passed.
Such steps ensure that all products are shipped without any defects whatsoever. So, what exactly are the tests that we run? Some of them are listed below:
- 3D Mark Benchmark
- PC Mark Benchmark
- CPU Stress Testing
- GPU Stress Testing
- RAM and Storage Stress Testing
